Brixton Chamber Orchestra is a registered charity which provides thrilling live orchestral experiences for wide-ranging audiences in Brixton and beyond.

BCO performs all genres of music from Classical to Grime, presenting it to new audiences in unexpected venues. Known for their Summer Estates Tours, high street performances and Grime Orchestrated project, BCO appear all over Brixton and Lambeth – in the markets, pubs, clubs, parks, churches & community centres. Sometimes performing symphonies as a full 30-piece orchestra, more often roving the streets playing everything from New Orleans Swing to Drum and Bass. BCO is Brixton’s own orchestra – a product of local talent and the unique blend of creative energy and cultural diversity which characterises the area.
